Frequently asked questions

Does it include e-invoicing?

If your business needs it, yes. In Colombia it is issued through a technology provider authorized by the DIAN (the tax authority), and we have already integrated it with withholdings and support documents. We define it in the proposal.

Does it work with a barcode scanner and a receipt printer?

Yes. We review the equipment you already have or recommend one based on your operation.

Why a custom POS instead of an off-the-shelf one?
