Artificial intelligence
A single brain answers on web chat, WhatsApp and phone, checks your systems and carries out tasks. Its hybrid architecture resolves most requests without paying for a language model and uses one only when the case calls for it.
Voice agents
They take calls at any hour, understand what callers say in their own words and complete the whole operation: orders, bookings, appointments or dispatches, connected directly to your operation.
AI with your data
The AI talks naturally, but every price, availability or location it mentions comes straight from your database. That way it can search, compare and book for your customers without making anything up.
Document automation
You upload your databases and complete case files; the system cross-checks the information, reads the documents, flags what’s missing and delivers everything organized under the same rule, ready to file or hand in.
Sensitive data
Rule engines that check large volumes of records against official standards and catalogs, flag every error and deliver the correction report. Everything happens in the browser: ideal for health information and other data that can’t be uploaded to a server.
